I am Fatih Bildirici. I am a researcher and engineer working in artificial intelligence, software, and technology, focusing on bridging academia and industry. I have gained experience in software engineering and AI across the defense and technology sectors, and I currently continue my work at ASELSAN. I am a PhD candidate (PhDc) in Artificial Intelligence at Ankara University and also pursuing a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science at METU. I serve as a Doctoral Research Fellow at ANLAM-NET Lab, where I lead research on explainability in AI systems. My academic background is interdisciplinary, with prior Master’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Science, Technology and Society studies. My research focuses on explainable AI (XAI), learning systems, reinforcement learning, and human–machine interaction. I actively publish academic work, review for scientific journals, and present at national and international conferences. In addition, I provide training, seminars, and consulting on ethical, explainable, and sustainable AI integration and digital transformation strategies. I am a Fellow of Future Innovation Leaders, Hamdi Ulukaya Initiative, and Responsible AI Institute. As a DeepLearning.AI Ambassador, I organize AI trainings in Türkiye, and as the founder and host of the “Otostopçunun Yapay Zeka Rehberi” podcast, I aim to make AI more accessible to broader audiences.
